(1)   Human Resources Manager (Ref: HO-HRM)

l   Directly report to the Executive Director

l   Oversee all HR activities for over 1,000 employees

l   Formulate and execute HR management and development strategies and policies to achieve   organizational goals

l   Maintain organization compliance by identifying and enforcing legal requirements

l   Maintain employee relations by identifying and responding to concerns relating to labour relations, with focus on employee retention

l   Degree holder with 10 years of relevant working experience in which 5 years in a human resources management and development position

l   Proven track record in managing a full spectrum of services in an HR function together with the ability to lead and motivate the HR team

l   Solid knowledge in labour ordinances and related regulations

l   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Chinese languages

l   Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge in HRIS

l   Mature, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

l   NGO background is an added advantage

l   Immediate availability is preferred

l   Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience

                                                                                      

(2)   Human Resources Officer (Ref: HO-HRO)

l   Degree in HRM with minimum 3 years¡¦ relevant experience

l   Handle full spectrum of HR functions

l   Experience in managing HR strategy & procedures

l   Experience in HRIS management

l   Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations

l   Good knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing

l   Work in Quarry Bay

l   NGO background is an added advantage

                                                                                             

(3)   Accounting Assistant (Ref¡GCW DECC-ACA)

l   Diploma in accountancy with at least 5-year solid accounting experience

l   Experience in handling full set of books independently, reporting financial result and providing variance analysis in a timely manner

l   Audit experience in sizeable audit firm(s) is preferred

l   Have solid Oracle experience in AR, AP, Fixed Asset, GL and cash management module

l   Proficiency in MS office applications

l   Be independent, responsive, detailed & logical mind and can meet tighten deadline

l   Work in Chai Wan Region

l   Starting Salary at $12K (Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications &

experience)

l   Candidates with less experience will be offered as Accounting Clerk (Starting Salary at $9.5K)
